So Im going to stop worrying about it and just do it. I took my classes in took my test in and signed with broker in took the class about months and passed. think want to take then exam just to have that to fall back on. was afraid that was going to fail and just kept putting it off. have friend who is able to make good living in real estate and they say should go for it. am glad did it, as noted in other posts, if not for the education alone.
